A Homemade Super Luxury Brunch

Lobster scrambled eggs with crème fraîche and caviar

What is more satisfying and funnier to prepare on Sunday mornings a special brunch for you and your loved ones. But to get away from the most common, let's see a recipe a little more luxurious that will make us feel like kings! When the lobster is mixed with the cream and the caviar the result is excellent and especially enjoyable for your palate. Just make sure you have high quality.

Ingredients

Pre-Cooked lobster meat  1 ½ pound

8 L beaten eggs

 ¼ cup of milk

2 tbsp of Chopped tomatoes

4 tbsp of Chopped chives

2 Minced shallots

2 tbsp of Crème fraiche

4 tbsp of Butter

1 tbsp of Sturgeon caviar buy caviar online

Salt and pepper

If your lobster is frozen or bagged, make sure to defrost it and filter it. You can cut your lobster meat ahead of time to make it easier to incorporate into eggs, or leave it whole and lightly reheat it in the pan so that it's heated all the way through.

Execution

In a deep pan and over medium to high heat, put and melt the butter and then add the tomatoes and onions. Stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until the edges become slightly crunchy. Then add the eggs and stir while adding the lobster flesh. At the end add the chives, salt and pepper.


Serve mixture in 4 - 5 bowls and top with a spoon dose of caviar and crème fraiche!
